The domaine was founded by the Bernardi family.

An innovative approach to wine.
In 1975, the domaine was the first to make and market Banyuls "Rimage" wines.
In 1989, it was the first to produce a Collioure with a majority of Mourvèdre and Syrah, the grape varieties best suited to the terroir.
2012
Domaine Les Clos de Paulilles is acquired by Domaine Cazes.

The start of a deep commitment to environmental protection, which involved changing growing practices and, in particular, reintroducing mechanical ploughing. It was also the first year we vinified the Banyuls Grand Cru.

First harvest, carried out by hand, with the grapes placed in small crates and a rigorous selection of the grapes in the vineyards for our iconic wines: Cap Béar white and red.
